OTDS REST API PATCH /users/{user_id}

Hi All,
We on CS 16.2.4 and OTDS 16.2.4.

We are creating users using the RESTAPI POST /Users method and pass attributes like firstname,lastname username,displayname and email address.
Then we need to update users phone number,lastname and extrattr0 values using PATCH method. The phone number,lastname and extrattr0 get updated correctly but the Firstname and displayname values are getting set to blank.

Is this ideal behavior or any bug ?
