What do OS.ImportValue and OS.ExportValue do ?

Hi, Does anyone know what the OS.ImportValue and OS.ExportValue builtins do ? It seems the OS builtins are not documented but I would like to know what they all are anyway. The others were pretty easy to figure out but I can't see what OS.ImportValue and OS.ExportValue do. Thanks in advance
