Does anyone know how to set Date(Popup) attribute in LAPI

I convert the date string into a long before calling LL_ValueSetDate. This works for Date(Field) attribute. But failed to Popup Date attribute.Does anyone know hoe to set Popup date attribute in LAPI using VB ?Thanks,Henry
