How to make a folder hidden with LAPI?

Hi, I'm using LAPI with Visual Basic and Livelink 8.1.3 on Windows NT, and I've got an application that uses LL_CreateObjectEx to create some new folders in a Workspace. However, I want to make these folders hidden, and I haven't been able to work out how to do this. Can anyone tell me how this is done?

Hi,This functionality is not available via LAPI, since the "hidden" attributeis a feature of the UI only. Set a feature fCatalogMode under LLNode to numeric value 2.

Hope this is enough of a clue.

I am also interesed in the same topic. But I don't know how to integrate LAPI with VB. I am a new joinee and want to gain knowledge about the interface of LAPI and VB. Could you suggest me the path which would lead to the goal or some study material.Thanks
