Need a LiveReport to determine workflow tasks assigned to a user.
Bhupinder_Singh
Has anyone ever come across or created a Livereport that will determine outstanding WORKFLOW tasks for a user? To my knowledge, the LiveReports that ship with livelink related to "tasks" query only Task List tasks and not workflow tasks.Even if only Admin could run this (we wouldn't want end-users running this and querying workflow tasks of other uers), it would be useful for re-assigning tasks when a person is on vacation, leaves the company, etc.

Message from David Slimmon via eLinkHi there,Upcoming versions of Livelink will include more Workflow-related LiveReports. Butuntil then, you might want to try doing something like the following:1. Create an AutoLiveReport that uses this query:SELECT MapTask_MapID, MapTask_PerformerID, MapTask_TitleFROM WMapTaskWHERE MapTask_DueDate<%1Make Param%1 = Today-NowThis quick query will bring back a fairly ugly but useful list of all tasks that are"past due". To clean this up, just join the MapTask_MapID with the Map_MapID fromWMap. From there you're a little closer to tracking down the names of the workflowtasks (and their locations in Livelink) that have exceded their duration limits.Hope this helps,Dave-----Original Message-----Has anyone ever come across or created a Livereport that will determineoutstanding WORKFLOW tasks for a user? I had the same request from a user and found that this code worked for me:select t.*, u.name from todo t, KUAF u where u.id=%1 and (t.subworktask_performerid=u.id or t.subworktask_performerid in (select r.rlrightid from KUAFrightslist r where r.rlid = %1))%1 being the User InputUser Input being Usertodo is a view created by Livelink at install.Hope this helps
