Action Column to change in Livelink summer 2000 release

In the next major release of Livelink the Action Column will always have a popup with access to all functions available to the user for that item type. This will replace the single action link that is configurable when editing the LiveReport.This will be consistent with the use of the Action popup elsewhere in Livelink. For example, from the folder browse, the user will have the Action popup to access all functions for each item.On the plus side, the user will have access to any function. On the minus side, the user will have to click through the menu to the specific action that they need to perform.I am interested in knowing if this will cause a problem for some of your users of LiveReports.Thanks,-Bill MortonLivelink Product Manager

The change will be quite welcome. The current actions that you select with a LiveReport seldom work properly --we have submitted a bug report on the problems we've seen. The change should fix the bugs.
