LAPI C examples please

I find the examples of LAPI which come with the distribution are rather "thin". Does anyone have any simple examples of the use of LAPI (preferably called from C). If I had three programs to (1) create a new user (2) create a new project (3) Add a document to a specfifed project then I'd be delighted but I'd be grateful for any simple applications.I found an example in this discusiion group for the bulk creation of users but unfortunately I got an error when I tried to download it.RegardsRees Williams
