So Far I have the following SQL which works well.select * from KUAF where (LastName IS NOT NULL) AND (Deleted=0) Order by LastNameHowever, I would like the Livereport to list the namesand email address as clickable.

Attached is an example you can import which just lists last, first name, title, contact and email. I haven't worked out yet how to do the clickable e-mail or list the dept. This is just a little more of a start than you had before.

thanks, but is there a way to include all the columns when you print the phonelist report from the browser. the last two columns are being cut off.

Here are some of things to check out -

1. In the configure section for your LiveReport, set width to 100% and columns can wrap.

2. In the print settings for your browser, try printing landscape if the page is still too wide.

3. If you are still not happy with the results, my favorite solution is to export the report page to Excel, then format and print from Excel. Getting your report to Excel can be a simple as copy & paste.
