How do I reassign an initiated workflow to some other user ?(In case the initiator is on vacation)

Allen,You can define in the definition of your workflow who is the manager of the workflow.Why don't you assign this to a managerGroup. Depending on the fact that he is in vacation or not you add a specific user in the group and you gain complete access.Maybe some other possibilies are possible.If you want this kind of functionality to be used very often think more about using the concept of roles instead of names users.Kind regardsJohan RaedemaekerAsBuiltmailto:jraedemaeker@switch.be

There is a much easier way. I would assume that as Admin you would be part of all of the mangement groups for workflows? Why can't you just go into Workflow Status, click on the current step and select Reassign - User or Group? You do not even have to suspend the workflow.
