SQL query for Live Report

I am creating a query to access database information through a Live Report. The user wants to be able to search the database table. We are using the User Inputs for that. We want to search the table for the word the user types in. For example, if they type in 'email' in the Reports field then the LIve Report should search the table for any reports that have email in the name. The query that I have come up with so far pulls everything that's in the table. Below is the SQl statement.Select Report_Name, txt_otherreport as Other_Report, Txt_Year as Year, Txt_Sample_Source as Sample_Source, Txt_Question as Question, Txt_Survey_Type as Survey_Type, Key_Word From Mktg_Survey_Tracker Where Report_Name Like ('%%' + %1 + '%%') and Txt_Year = %2 and Txt_Sample_Source Like ('%%' + %3 + '%%') and Txt_Survey_Type Like ('%%' + %4 + '%%') and Key_Word Like ('%%' + %5 + '%%')Any help would be appreciated.
