Report finding who has NOT used livelink and who has used it for the first time
Robert_Scott_(sercoadmin_-_(deleted))
Hello,Has anyone out there written a query (SQL Server 7) used by a LiveReport that informed you of who of the registered users had not yet logged in to Livelink?Additionally, Are there any ideas on how find out what users have used Livelink for the first time?I am having difficulty conceiving the above due to there being no field with the user table Kuaf indicating whether a user had accessed Livelink. Thanks

The SQL statement below for and Auto LiveReport might give you a good starting point. It creates a list of all users sorted by the last date they accessed Livelink. You'll notice that people who haven't accessed Livelink at all will appear with a blank date at the bottom of the report. You could do a slight change to the SQL to have these be the only users selected.select KUAF.LastName || ', ' || KUAF.FirstName "Name", KUAF.Name "ID", MAX(AuditDate) "Last Access", KUAF.Title "Title" From KUAF, DAudit WHERE KUAF.Type = '0' and KUAF.Deleted = '0' and KUAF.ID = DAudit.UserID (+) Group by LastName, FirstName, Name, Title order by max(AuditDate)Good luck.
