Zbysek_Rychtecky_(NSNNUser1_(Delete)_2309711)
One of our LiveLink team-members accidently entered customveiw.html as a folder instead of a file in the Enterprise veiw of our production LiveLink system, and now the page won't compile! I've tried searching for it as Admin with no luck. How can I delete this file? Thanks in Advance,Fred Macondraymailto:fred@nsn.com

Message from David Slimmon via eLinkYour DBA could find the problematic folder by doing the following:SELECT * FROM DTreeWHERE SubType=0AND Name='customview.html'Incidentally, the SubType for a folder in Livelink is "0" and if your folderwas really called 'customview.html', that should find it.Cheers,Dave-----Original Message-----One of our LiveLink team-members accidently entered customveiw.html as afolder instead of a file in the Enterprise veiw of our production LiveLinksystem, and now the page won't compile! Message from David Slimmon via eLinkBut I'm also of course wondering why this would be the cause of the problem. Are you convinced that it was the addition of this customview.html folderthat caused the problem in the first place? If so, that doesn't sound good.I'd like to test this out and/or report it to support.Cheers,Dave-----Original Message-----One of our LiveLink team-members accidently entered customveiw.html as afolder instead of a file in the Enterprise veiw of our production LiveLinksystem, and now the page won't compile! I was able to fix the problem by going to the config page for another section and noting the structure of the URL string. I then tried going to the Enterprise page again and noted the number there. I entered then number from the Enterprise page (2000) into the config URL for another object and was then able to reach the config page for Enterprise and fix it. The error is as follows: ----> error stack----> E681902084:The version is not found: If I create this same situation in a folder anywhere else, it's fine!Do keep us posted! Thanks,Fred Macondraymailto:fred@nsn.com
