Setting an object HIDDEN

Is there any way, using LAPI, of creating an object and HIDING IT ?I want to automatically generate Customview.html files for a range of folders, but I want to hide the file I create.Dave

There is no way to hide objects through LAPI. I have put in a feature request with open text to implement this functionality.sorry...
