Editing the Tasks Page
AmeManSysUser3_(Delete)_1508733
I'm attempting to edit the tasks page. The page that a user sees when they go to Personal Workspace and click on tasks. The problem lies with some of our workflows. They use sub workflows and when they show up on the tasks page, the location field shows the name of the sub workflow. The name of the main workflow is nowhere to be found. Can anyone help me out?

I'm afraid you're going to be disappointed. In Livelink 8.1.5 executing workflows become an independent entity with no connection to anything else --not even the template they came from. So trying to get a subflow to show the name of its parent will be difficult at best. You might be able to do it with a Livereport IF your workflows include some attributes you can tap into to identify them. The workflow in Livelink 9 is vastly improved, and getting the status of workflows executed from a specific template is supported out of the box. For more information about workflows, you should contact Jeff Lang at Open Text.
