Does anyone ever has tried to write a report on a specific tasks list, showing only not completed/cancelled items plus additional data fields such as instructions, comments, dates, assigned, etc.I assume each tasks would cover more than one line in a reports and even needs to wrap field.Any help is very much apprechiatedRogerThe Fantastic Corporationhttp://www.fantastic.com

I've been looking for the same thing. It would alsobe nice if the task folder was configurable as to whatthe default view/sort was. I would like the defaultdisplay to show only open tasks sorted by date due.It's unusable now, because everything it shows iscompleted stuff.

We use this LiveReport to track specific task lists --just change the DTree.OwnerID number to the LL Object ID number for your task list.select DTree.*, KUAF.Name as kuafname, decode(DTree.status, 0, 'Pending', 1, 'In Process', 2, 'Issue', 3, 'On Hold') as mystatus from DTree, KUAF where (SubType=206) and (KUAF.ID=DTree.Assignedto) and ((DTree.Status=0) or (DTree.Status=1) or (DTree.Status=2) or (DTree.Status=3)) and (DTree.OwnerID=95707) and %1 order by DTree.DateDue%1=Filter PermissionsThis works fine for Oracle, but haven't been able to use it for SQL Server. The report returns all open tasks, shows the status, and who it is assigned to.
