How to call a stored procedure from LiveReports?

Sun_Livelink_Admin_(sunmic01admin_-_(deleted))

Instead of directly calling a lengthy sql statement, I'd like to use a stored procedure to get a sectional report. But how to call a stored procedure from LiveReports?Any suggestions or advise will be greatly appreciated.yc

this is how to call the stored procedure called "sptest" for sql server (the db name is livelink)just call it like thislivelink.sptest %1,%2,%3it should work

Hi,We tried to run a stored procedure called "test" aslivelink.test where livelink is our db name.We are using Oracle at backend.this gives an error saying "Invalid sql statement. E675086346 Could not prepare cursor."We tried running this in differnt ways like exec livelink.test()exec livelink.testlivelink.test()etc etc same error is repeated.We have confirmed that our procedure does not hae any error by running it directly on sql prompt.Please help ?regards,
