How do you make a Livelink callback?

How does one create a callback in livelink? I want to kick off a process after a user request has been completed. The usually exceptional livelink documentation is suprising lean on how to do this. I want to generate my own event to start the callback (not overriding a node callback).Jonathanwhitejr@jfcom.mil
