How to change Author of ALL items under a Project

Nitin_Mehta(PMAdmn)_(pmuser1_-_(deleted))

I have thousands of docs, folders and few sub projects under one project. The project is at Enterprise WS. I want to change author of all the items in the project to Admin. Is there any way to do this..?Thanks in advance.
