Load HTML files into LiveLink using LAPI

Has anyone built a loader using LAPI [and hopefully Java] to load into LiveLink a number of directories that contain HTML files? Some of the HTML files would be stand-alone files - no links that go outside of the page. While other HTML files would have links to other folders / HTML files. Okay, I feel stupid. When I log into my LiveLink server and "go to" Livelink Explorer, I see no way to load files from the local file system to LiveLink. Am I missing something?

Remember that Explorer requires manual loading so if you don't have time or don't want to do that, Explorer will not do.
