How to make LAPI work in Borland JBuilder

Hi Everyone, I am a new user of LAPI, and found LAPI documents not enough for my programming. I am using JBuilder and JAVA LAPI, but always got LAPI class not found error. Could anybody tell me how to solve this?Thanks
