Exception adding user into Livelink using LAPI

Sun_Livelink_Admin_(sunmic01admin_-_(deleted))

I simply have:LLValue row = ( new LLValue() ).setAssocNotSet();and that give me an error, what could possible go wrong? Any suggestions?
