DAPI.GetNodeUserAttr() returns E681967618
Herb_Schilling_(x-nasalewisuser4_-_(deleted))
...Which means "The item user attribute is invalid." I'm getting this message after writing a quick script to open a session, create a node, and obtain the attrubute values for the category that node belongs to. This is in Version 9.0.0, and in reference to an earlier unanswered development discussion item I wrote about SetupAttribs().The interesting thing is that if I go to the document in question and click the function menu, followed by the Info menu, and then Categories, the browser displays the proper values for the attributes assigned to the document.I don't understand how accessing the attribute values of a document would work one way and not another. Could someone please shed some light on this for me?Thanks.

In Livelink 9.0 the attributes/category management is totally different and so the old functions don't work.I wrote to the Opentext support, but I had not an exhaustive answer about the new functions to use for managing attributes in LL 9.When I'll have some news I'll post them.Regards.
