Report Project Tasks along with Task Attributes

I need to create a report to run within a project that will report all project tasks and subtasks and associated category attributes assoicated with those tasks. This may be more fields than will fit on the screen. We want to generate input fields for our corporate task request system when appropriate and in a second report create an import file (tab delimited) that can be used to load a Microsoft Project.
