Writing a LiveReport to pull min, max and average time for a workflow step

We are currently writing a report at a client, they require a report to be written showing the average length of a workflow the maximum and minimum time taken. My SQl skills arent' quite up to scratch and i think that that may be the answer to my question. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Heather
