Livelink SDK9.0.0.1 - The Address Book Module

I am new to Livelink development and tried to built the Address Book module according to the "Module Development Guide" coming with the Livelink SDK CD. The module works Ok except: the global menu does not function at all; the "Function" dropdown menu is replaced by the "Info" icon that I saw in version 8 livelink. Can anyone help me on these two problems? Thanks in advance!
