Report of all user accounts that have login enabled
OJ_Ryan_Meyer_(AICPAkm_(Delete)_1725193)
I need a report to show all user accounts that have login enabled. We have several accounts that do not have access but that we do not want to delete.

Message from David Slimmon via eLinkHi there,I haven't tested this out on all versions of Livelink, but I don't thinkthat the information in the attached document varies between versions. At any rate, the attached text file will keep you from having to look someof this information up yourself. The article describes each of the possiblepermutations for the values stored in the UserPrivileges column of theLivelink user table, Kuaf. The value stored in this column maps to the"Edit User" pages of individual Livelink users. This will help you create a LiveReport to determine which users have whatlevel of user access.Regards,Dave___________________________________________O P E N T E X T C O R P O R A T I O NDavid Slimmon, M.L.I.S.Supervisor - Customer SupportOttawa, Canada

Dave's response << and attachment >> gives you a representation of what is stored in the database, minus the new LL9 Setting for System Administration Rights which maps to a value of 270. If you analyze all of this, you will see that what is stored in UserPrivileges is a bitmask. Thus, if you want a LiveReport that truly lists all accounts for which Log-in is enabled, the best way is via a select that uses a bitwise comparison. There is a little known function in Oracle << assuming you are using Oracle >> that will do this for you. For example, the following SQL statement can be used in a LiveReport to produce the results you desire:select * from kuaf where type = 0 and deleted = 0 and BitAnd(userprivileges, 15) = 15 order by name ascHope that helps!-Bob
