Password Reset

We would like our help desk to reset password in Livelink. How can we give them the right to reset a password without giving them the right to create a new user?

If Reset = password expired ....Do a Livereport and set KUAF.PWDExpired and maybe PWDExpiremode .....Let selected users have access to the Livereport so they can reset selected user .../magnus@ids.se

We have exactly the same issue - just want our helpdesk to be able to change passwords but not alter groups/group membership in any way. I presume this must be quite a usual concern.Is a LiveReport, as described, the usual solution to this? Is it satisfactory, or does anyone have an alternative? I'd appreciate anyone's views on this, as the security implications are pretty serious.
