Changing the Date Format underneath the mast_icon_chicklet.gif in Livelink 9001

I'm trying to change the "look" of the Date Format which appears under the mast_icon_chicklet.gif in Livelink 9. It should be, in ALL Spaces, like: dwk dd. mm yyyy, where dwk stands for day of the week - 3 characters long - but IN GERMAN. Allthough we are running the german 9001 version of Livelink, that particular field seems to be forgotten from the people responsible for customizing it.Can someone point me in the right direction so I can figure out what should be done? Thanks
