I customized new notification, but it's email is not accepting HTML attachment file....URGENT PLEASE

I developed a new module in livelink 9.0 & i added additional required notification that should be generated upon a specific event. I used the SMTPClient's features (that exist in KERNEL Ospace) to send the notification email meassage. I tried to attach a file (HTML file) to the generated message (using the "SendAttachment featur). What i'm getting is an email message with correct Header&Body but there is no attachment file, instead the specification & contents of the file are written as text inside my message. I didn't use the existing notification REPORTS because my event is depend on different bases. Please see the attached file and i'll wait your answer.Thanks,Regards,
