Bulkload couldn't open my csv file

I'm using Bulkload in Livelink 8.1.3.I creat a csv file with 7 filed with $ sign and another 7 fileds(attributes) without $ sign. When I submit, there is an error messge:Error Opening MetaData file. I'm new in using Bulkload. Is there anyone can help me with it ?Thanks.Shirley
