Bulk Loader Problem

I'm using Bulk Loader in Livelink 8.1.3 After the loading, when I check the attributes for each file, Sometimes I can see them, but sometimes there are none in those attributes' fields.Is there anyone can help me with this problem?Thanks!Shirley
