Display Japanese in XML Skins - Livelink v9.0.0.0

I am developing a custom UI for Livelink which displays in Japanese. However, file and folder names are not displaying properly.I understand that Livelink does not support UTF-8, and I know that by setting the browser encoding to Shift_JIS I can view Japanese in the standard Livelink interface. This doesn't seem to help in the XML Skins.By setting the XSLT header to, "<?xml version='1.0' encoding='Shift_JIS' standalone='yes'?>," I receive a translation error. When setting it via the method, the browser encoding is changed, but the text still displays improperly.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Debra Wainwright
