Updating workflow attributes

The attached html file describes the use of the workpackage RecArray. It states that to update the attributes contained in the workflow package can be done through the AttrSetValue function. However up till now I can't manage getting this done. Did anyone ever try updating attributes this way. If so, could you please tell me how you got this done?Thanks
