Email notification with a Livereport in Livelink 8.1.5

The idea is that Livelink-users, once a week, get a email notification with the results from a Livereport. So that the users can see what is added in the Livelink environment in the last week. The output of the email, generated by the Livereport, should be a list of document titles added last week. Is this possible with the Livelink 8.1.5 environment and what functionality?s do I have to use to build such a functionality?
