Accessing personal WS using LAPI

Is it possible for an 'Admin' user to access someone else's Personal WS ? It can be done in Livelink by logging in as 'Admin', searching for a particular user say 'XYZ' in 'Users and Group' and clicking on the 'browse' link will take you to to his personal WS. now you can create anything in user 'XYZ's personal workspace.I want to implement the same functionality using LAPI.Please help,Abhishek Pandey(610-949-6657)

The Admin has r-w-d permission in all personalworkspaces.All you need to access it via LAPI is to find out the node id of thatpersonal ws.
