Excluding users from certain LLink Items

The way that LLink permissions work is that you include all users and groups which you want to give permission to a certain item in your workspace. I was wondering if there was a way to EXCLUDE users from having the permission to certain items i.e grant permission for Public acccess but in turn exclude one or two users.Thank you!
