I found there is a Press Release anouncing the "Enhanced Livelink Records Management". Where I can get more details on it ? Is it a new features for the coming Release or it is a new Module ?Helen

It is a module. From the product announcement on the Knowledge Center:

Open Text is pleased to announce the availability of Livelink Records Management 1.0. Release 1.0 works with Livelink 9.0.0.1 (with the August 2001 patch) on all supported platforms.

Livelink Records Management is a completely Web-based, server-side module that adds records management capabilities to Livelink, including the ability to:
- Create records management classifications (file plans) and assign them to Livelink objects, including documents, folders, and compound documents.
- Inherit retention schedules and the records management classification from the parent folder or compound document.
- Create Record Series Identifiers (RSIs) and define a disposition schedule for each.
- Destroy electronic objects in Livelink at the end of their lifecycle based on retention and disposition rules.
- Perform disposition searches against Livelink objects to retrieve those records that are ready for disposition or archiving.
- Create special Livelink objects that represent physical media such as compact disks and videocassettes so that their lifecycle can be managed in Livelink.
- Perform all user functions, such as viewing the records management details of a Livelink object, as well as all administrator functions, such as managing records management database tables, via Livelink's Web interface.
- Place a "hold" on specific documents that are under discovery or government access request so that they are preserved even when they are scheduled for destruction.
