Livelink Password Expiration

Under Congigure password settings V.9.0.0.1, you can set passwords to expire for X number of days. But if you go to Users & Groups and edit a user, you have the option to expire a password by editing the DATE and the TIME.We made a change on Tuesday evening to expire everyones password in 1 day. Yet Wednesday morning this did not take affect. What I found was that this function defaults to the time of MIDNIGHT, so my users passwords didn't expire until 2 days had passed.Can the TIME be added to the Password Management Function?I also posted this under Security..
