Error when calling the API LL_AccessEnterpriseWS 8.1.5

Hi ! When I am trying to call the API LL_AccessEnterpriseWS, I obtain this error :-2147220504, API Conflict Name What this mean and how can I resolve it ? I am using the 8.1.5 API version.Thank you for your help !
