How to query Groups that is not related to any permission directly or indirectly?

I'd like to clean up all groups that are not involved in any permissions/rights directly or indirectly. By indirectly, I mean a group does not inherit any rights from its ancestor groups.Any suggestions?Thanks in advance.-yc
