Need LiveReport for Livelink Notifications

We have notifications setup on some of our workflow steps. These notifications typically send out an email messgae to a set of users. I need a livereport which will list all notifications which became ready (due to the corresponding workflow step becoming ready), and what the end-result of the notification processing was (whether the email message was sent successfully or not). I would need this report for ALL notifications that become ready, irrespective of whether the actual email transmission itself was successful or not. Is there somebody who can help me with this report?
