We are using Quintus software in our Call Center. We want to integrate Quintus with Livelink to trigger automatically workflows for escalation and status monitoring. Does anyone have implemented a similar solution for its call center application or have advice to help us overcome this problem.Please inform us.RegardsH. Sami Sari

Message from Dylan Wright via eLinkQuintus can work with C and VB I think? Go with C. You will want touse the Workflow API ( see the SDK API Developers reference ) in orderto perform the automatic initiation.
