Modifying Livelink Notification Interests

Is there any LAPI to modify a specific user's notification interests (A Task is Assigned to me, A Task is late, A document is Added, etc.)? If not, does anyone know where in the database that information is stored so that my Java application can query the database directly to set these interests?

Try raw SQL I think you find some articles in Knowledge how it works...

When you say Knowledge, I'm assuming you mean Knowledge Base? You wouldn't happen to know exactly where this kind of documentation is. I looked around Knowledge Base a little and couldn't find anything. The query function doesn't return anything on Notification Interests. If you know any place this documentation could be, please provide the specifics. Thanks a lot.
