LAPI with Directory Services

We are running LL 9.0.0.1 with Directory Services ...We try to connect the system with Java LAPI, but the connection failed witch the following message:'A required privilenge is not held by client'There is no problem to connect to the server with disabled Directory Services!?Does anybody has an idea which can help me to solve that ?
