Group population
ray_chance
Finding the number of members in a group is simple enough, but I have user's who's base group is a child of another group...therefore they get counted for each group they're in. Example: UserA has base group Group01. Group01 group is a subgroup of Group1 group. UserA appears as a member of both. How do I get a count so that UserA is only counted once in a report that puts out the user population (count) by group? Thanks!

Dear RussI was a little confused as to what you really wanted from the report. As you say it is easy to get a count of users in their base groups:SELECT k1.Name "BaseGroup", COUNT(*) "Users" FROM KUAF k1, KUAF k2 WHERE (k1.ID=k2.GroupID and k2.deleted < 1) GROUP BY k1.Name ORDER BY k1.NameWhat exactly are you saying your users want?Anne
