Looking for conversion to external storage

William__Li_(scoruser4_-_(deleted))

We'd like to convert our Livelink installations (one production installation, and a test installation with nearly the same contents) from internal to external storage. Are there any third parties who provide this type of work?We have ~22,000 documents in production, an average documentsize of 362 KB and a total size of ~7.3 GB, with an average per-month increase of ~605 MB in documents.

Wow, that's a bit disappointing, but I was afraid that would be the answer. OpenText PS has basically not been responding to my inquiries at all for this work for 3 weeks and I was getting a bit disgusted with making the attempt. It looks like there are no other options.
