How to add a new link to action column

I would like to add a new link to action column in Enterprise workspace for document listing. Currently it shows "Fetch" and "Browse" actions. I want an addtional action say "Start".I tried adding "Start" to 0Setup and fcmdnames. Also I created Action-Start in webdoc-docnode-document,Added a node command "Start",request handler "start" . Modified browseview.html to check start method. But isEnabled is returning false. Actually isEnabled is executed from the parent. I have overridden isEnabled method, stil it doesn't execute this method. can anyone give any suggestion?Thanks.
