URGENT !! Setting workflow Proxy automatically.

Hi,I need to set the workflow proxy for a person automatically when a workflow is completed. There are some approvals which the initiator has to get to delegate his workflow rights. So, when he gets all those approvals and the workflow comes to it's last step, i want to set his workflow proxy automatically(without the initiator himself doing it.)how can this be done ? How advisable is modifying the Livelink tables with custom scripts?PLEASE REPLY ASAP.
