Filter Permissions - Project participant access history?

We are trying to develop a livereport to post in a coordinators folder within a project that the coordinator could run to see when the last time each project participant accessed the project. We want the report filtered to show only members of that project. Can this be done? We are using LL 9.0.0.1 on MS SQL 7.0
