How to store an image in database and access through LiveReport

Hi,We have a database table that contains details about employees and we have created a LiveReport which shows these details as a report. We also want to store a gif/jpeg file in database as a blob and want to access it through this LiveReport. This file might contain the photograph of the employee or an image of his signature.We want this image to appear on the LiveReport as a link to this object. The image should open when the user clicks on this link.How do we do this ?regards,
